My principal is not agreeing on my transfer proposal,so what are the remedies precribed by the ICAI in favour of the articles,if
principal does not agrees.
Please give the answer as soon as possible,as this is very important for me

i m having the same problem plz help
you may contact to any high authority of ICAI,if there is any genuine reason by writing an application.In case they will become agree then something happens otherwse convince to ur principal.
