Articleship-termination-leave-final-attempt

I am registered as an article from 10th august 2011 to 09th august 2014(form 103 date) Now on 05th september 2013 i.e.in 3rd year i had taken transfer due to my patents shifting to another state. In form 109 my previous employer showed leave of 110 days . And i joined to new employer from the next day i.e. 6th september 2013 to 09th august 2014(form103 date) So now my question is that , I am eligible to give MAY14 final examination as it is compulsory to complete 2 and half years of articleship as on exam 1st date. (Note: Servicing of last six months of articleship period means including excess leaves. I.e if any excess leaves then those who are servicing their last six months of articleship period including excess leaves if any will be eligible to attempt.)
