I have a querry regarding articleship and final attemp. Since final attemp will be due in my last 6 months of articleship, if I take excess leave, say of 6 months, than will my final attempt be delayed?
My final is due on May'2014, I have taken approx 2 months leave and if now I take 10 months more leave for tuition & preparation, than will my final attempt will be delayed to Nov'2014 or May'2015?
kindly reply as my boss always say me that when I ask him for leave...
1)if your boss is that much kind hearted to provide leave for 10 months for final exams..

he will also allow you for exam..

if your boss signs on service certificate which needs to be sent at the time of exam..you can get exam with out delay
after 3 years you can submit for completion of articles on paper.

but with due respect on him you should work for the excess leave taken
But asper icai rules you have asked me means your attempt gets delayed.
