does ca give any experience certificate for the training done under them on there letter pad
if yes than can anybody tell me the contents of it what should be the appropriate contents for that certificate..

No there will be no such certificate. It is even no valid in this regard. After completion of article training you should file Form no. 108 & 119. They must be sent to ICAI with in 30 days of completion of training.
ICAI sends you a letter mentioning the completion of training.
It acts as a proof of completion.
