student eligible to take leave at 1/6th of actual days worked

suppose 300 actual days worked so eligible leaves were 50 days
You can take 1/6th leave of all working Days...
In Case of Excess leave then the term Final Exams might be delayed..
and in case of excess leaves taken u need to serve with ca and need to inform icai also in the form abt dis.
