Article ship transfer after 1 year

Hi Prasanth, What I suggest you to is tell your friend to have patience. Patience can be a king. In my case it took more than 3 months for getting the transfer letter from ICAI and it depends upon case to case. Till you get the transfer letter what you can do is if there is a situation of mutual consent between the article and the principal then he should continue working for him and if the transfer gets accepted then well and good but if the transfer gets rejected then the article can continue with the principal. In the mean time you can also refer to the nearest regional centre and have a general enquiry on status on termination.

And in whatever the case may be one should not stress on your relation with your Principal so take that also into consideration.

hallo thanks for the reply, but in my friends case he didnt send mentioned any reason for transfer and he didnt send any required documents to icai as per the guidelines.....his principle send the transfer form 109 by taking his signature......so he is worried that it will not be accepted by the institute.

Yes there might be a possibility that your transfer might not take place but I already told you to tell your friend to continue working for his Principal and if the transfer gets accepted then well and good but if the transfer gets rejected then the article can continue with the principal.
