Are there any difference in Disqualification regarding 1)Director 2) Managing Director
Disqualification Of Director & Managing Director are same or follow in different Sections of Companies Act 2013 ....?

All MDs are directors, but all directors are not MDs. Provisions of Sec.164 relating to disqualification for appointment of director are also applicable to MD. However, provisions of Part-I of Schedule V regarding eligibility are applicable only to MD or WTD and not to other directors.
