Yes, A OPC can appoint more than 1 director. minimum no of Director shall be 1 Company has to pass Board resolution to approve the proposal to appoint Director of the Company at the general meeting company has to appoint such director of the company. attachments CTC of resolution passed at general meeting , appointment letter of director and consent to act as director in form DIR 2. .COMPANY HAS TO FILE DIR 12 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPOINTMENT ALONG WITH THE ABOVE ATTACHMENTS
