Appointment of cost auditor

After selecting multiple product/services in 4(i) please enter Number of products/ services
covered under the category for which auditor is appointed in 4(ii),  then drop down list will appear in Sr. no 5, select catagory in this and select same catagory in 6(i) also (it will automatically appear after selecting into 5, If it isnt appearing then try fresh form, this form may be corrupted. please read 6(i) point in instruction kit
