Appointment of auditor

First auditor of the company needs to be appointed within 30 days of incorporation, however, intimation of such appointment to ROC in form ADT-1 is not mandatory. You can appoint auditor as soon as possible.

In your case, first AGM to be held on or before 31 Dec 2019 and ADT-1 is to be filed within 15days from AGM as it is mandatory requirement for appointment of subsequent auditor of company.
