Private company incorporated on 12.10.2018 and till now Appointment of Auditor has not been done. There are only 2 directors in the company. please suggest the procedure..

First auditor of the company needs to be appointed within 30 days of incorporation, however, intimation of such appointment to ROC in form ADT-1 is not mandatory. You can appoint auditor as soon as possible.
In your case, first AGM to be held on or before 31 Dec 2019 and ADT-1 is to be filed within 15days from AGM as it is mandatory requirement for appointment of subsequent auditor of company.
