Is Service tax payable on Charter hire payment on hire ofof foreign vessel if the vessel arrives in india or does not arrive in india
If i have insured the chartered vessel do i have to pay service tax on payment of insurence.

Depending on where your services are deemed to be provided the possible levy under reverse change may apply.
