Applicability of gst

The schedule for GST will soon release.

Further it is hopeful that Current law of Newspaper  and Print media will be same in GST model law

List of supplies exempted from GST is not yet come. The number of exemptions are expected to be minimum in GST. Even if the exemption is given, it could be again pay and take refund mechanism to enable continuity in Input tax credit chain.

Agreed with Mr. Nagendra. To facilitate refund system, Respected Ms.Nirmala Sitaraman was making statement that, refunds would be processed within 7 days.

Hope the same is put in place, so that business runs smoothly..
