The bill is yet to be passed by Rajya Sabha. I dont think it would be applicable. Still you can check up with ICAI regarding same.
The syllabus last updated on 21st May 2013 show Companies Act 1956.
no it is not applicable as it has not yet passed in Rajya Sabha..
