Since none of us would be privy to the ICAI Councils decision as to the applicability of New Companies Act (once assented by the President of India), it is better to wait and watch for the official Notification from the Institute. The Institute will announce the applicability of the New Companies Act at the appropriate time, so have patience until then.
Hence, students must refrain from making wild guesses and lurking in confusion based on varied opinions aired by other members.
