Applicability of campanies bill, 2012 to nov.13 ca finexams

Changes/Amendments made before 6 months of exams are applicable for exams. For Nov 2013, amendments reported upto April 2013 will be applicable.

The Company Law Bill, 2012 is yet to become an Act. It has not been passed by Rajya Sabha and remains pending till the next session as the current session of the Rajya Sabha was adjourned sine die due to continuous interruptions in the proceedings on May 8.
