I am also facing the same problem. Earlier Version of the AOC-4 was accepting the Negative reserve and surplus however new version of AOC-4 updated on 27 Mar 2016. What is solution for this. Experts please guide.
The problem has been solved with new version of AOC-4 updated on 28 Mar 2016.
