For F.Y. 2019-20
50000 rebate is there

For F.Y. 2020-21
as per my opinion
depend upon what scheme you opt, old or new
under old Income tax scheme you get that 50000 rebate still

50000 is standard deduction @ Piyush ji

For FY 2020-21, there is no relaxation of TDS on salary as of yet.

There is no changes on 87A (Rs.12500) if taxable income with in 5 lac can avail this rebate.
