Quick Summary
If your client has received an order from the AO regarding unexplained cash credit and failed to respond, the primary recourse is to file an appeal with the CIT (Appeals). This is the only available remedy once an order has been passed. Seeking assistance from a qualified professional is highly recommended to navigate this process effectively.
