Hi Friends,
Yesterday Supreme Court held that CA, CWA and CS students have the right to inspect answersheets of all exams.... under RTI Act...
Can anyone tell me the procedure and from when this is applicable. Can i acquire my answersheets right from November 2008 exams.

IT WILL BE LIKE LOKPAL BILL FOR ICAI........
ICAI koSupreme court k aage to jhukna hi padega. Har jagah apni taang nahi ada sakta.
ICAI itne purane Answersheets nahi dega....:)
