Thanku. Bt while incorporation, the Paid up capital in subscriber page was written as 1lakh indtaed of 10 lakhs.. while stamp duty was paid on 10 lacs. MCA portal also shows PSC 10 lakhs. wha to do to correct subcriber page then?

Capital Clause of the memorandum will change from time to time  but the subscriber page will remain unchanged. It shows that hte Company was incorporated with following amount and subscribed by following personnel.
