Hi Sir,

I want to ask one query our company has completed procedure for removal of auditor under Section 224(7) and the date of EGM is 8th September 2011 now if we have to appoint an auditor then we have to undergo the process under section 224(6) "Fill Casual Vacancy" or appoint new auditors in AGM of September 2011.

If we opt the process under Section 224(6) then please let me know the procedure for compliance under the aforesaid section.

Kindly provide me the clarification in this regard and oblige.
