Ketan if you have started with Due Diligence then pls let me know how to learn all those due diligence requirements since there are so many points in each topic. Also let me know which book should I follow for FM.

I had started it, and i prpr my own notes for due diligence subject...

Prepr simple procedural trail of provisions and rules applicable in matters...

Its practicle subject , if u prpr its by putting some practicle example then it wud be easy for u...

For FM i m using BALA of CA Final...and Padhuka is also good....in this subject 70% is practicle and 30% is theory...so do more practice of sum that will help u to finish paper in time...
