Aircleship transfer
Dear sir
My friend is pursuing articleship traning since 2 months, he wants to take transfer from such articleship being 1 year articleship is not compleated. But his ca doesn't wants to give him transfer. He doesn't wants to sign the form. My freind is now feeling depression being there is no work in his ca's office.
Please provide the solution.

just visit the institute and ask what can be done..if you get negative replies from your regional centres call at delhi n mumbai locations and confirm whether and if what procedure needs to be followed.. for now don't revolt against the principal only if the institute actualy is ready to help out since transfers withing first year are meant to be given without any restrictions..
