for INC-29, an attachment- :affidavit and declaration from first subscribers and directors" is required.
please guide me whether it is the same affidavit (INC 10) which used to be attached with INC-7?
and what is to be written in declaration and what should be the stamp paper value (if needed)?
Same Affidavit as per form INC-9 is to be attached. U will easily get format is U googled it.There is no fixed value of stamp paper to be used but preferably Rs. 100/- stamp paper is to be used
