hey guys m in a very confused state of mind, pls advice me what to do?
i wanna persue CS , therefore as per the guidelines of ICAI i need to submit a declaration in form '112' , which is being authenticated by principal employer .
my principal employer refused to authenticate it, with no reasons.
can you pls advice me what to do?
also is there any way out ,if i not submit the form 112 in ICAI?

hey sudhir why ur principal not signing that form!!!!
well if u pursue that course without informing icai
it is not going to harm u
as u knw cs is a correspondence course not harming ur articleship period
so u can pursue that
this advise has been given to me by icai official in delhi
iam also pursuing cwa final without filling form 112

my employer has no reasons
still his view is that "do naow mein ek sath sawar nahi hone dunga"
if their is no harm ,den its ok.
