Advanced tax on capital gains

i want to kno abt advanced tax on capital gains. i sold a property in the month of feb '12. I am plannin to buy another property with tat money to avoid capital gains tax. Should i pay advanced capital gains for tat income? 

By wat tym shud i pay my advanced tax then?

No advance tax on capital gains

If after purchase of new property

if there is still tax on capital gain

then u should pay respactive installment befor 15th March,2012

i.e.( Assessed Tax including capital gain tax - Advance tax already paid)
