No there is no exemption for IPCC passed student.
The admission to Company Secretaries (CS) Foundation Programme for December 2013 is over.
The 10+2 pass students seeking admission till 31st March, 2013 will be eligible for examination in December 2013.
Students of any stream- Arts / Science / Commerce (excluding Fine Arts) can pursue the CS Foundation Programme conducted by the ICSI.
Students appearing in 10+2 or its equivalent can also seek provisional admission to the CS Foundation Programme. CS helpline is available on telephone No. 011 – 41504444, 45341076 and 45341077 (Delhi).

Prospectus and application form for CS Foundation Programme is available on cash payment of Rs. 500 from (Noida Office) C-37, Sector-62, Noida and Headquarters: ICSI House, 22 Institutional Area, Lodi Road New Delhi or from ICSI-NIRC Building, Plot No. 4, Prasad Nagar Institutional Area, Rajendra Place, New Delhi.
The prospectus can also be had by registered post by sending a Demand Draft / Postal Order for Rs. 540 favouring ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ payable at New Delhi through any of the 74 offices of the ICSI spread all over India (including one oversees Chapter at Dubai) .

The ICSI is a premier national professional board established under an Act of Parliament (The Company Secretaries Act, 1980) and imparts compulsory postal tuition (by correspondence) along with provision for optional oral coaching classes. Admission to the CS course is open throughout the year. After qualifying the CS Foundation Programme, students are required to clear the Executive and Professional Programme and undergo rigorous Management and Executive Development and Training to become qualified Company Secretaries, release concluded.
