I am a pwd. Contractor having various working sites and iam registered in mangalore karnataka and my working site is allover karnataka. how can supplier issue e way bill is it nessasory to Add additional place of bussiness

If you have any other business place you can add additional place of business by amending gst registration
No it's necessary to add additional place of business , the Billing can be done at yoour site address .
Raise the Bill As below :
Bill To : Your Address (your registered place)
Ship To : Site Address (where the material is to be despatch)
