Action against an erratic shareholder

Others 450 views 1 replies

A shareholder has been spreading rumours and sending threating emails to the management and the directors of a company.

What could be the ways the Company can take actions against him. He is also a chartered accountant. Can the company complain to the ICAI as well?

Legal action can be taken by the person concerned (Victim) in his individual capacity against the shareholder (CA). Removing his name from the members list is not a good idea.

You may also go for ICAI complaint.
