I have accrued interest Income of 46000 from RD and FD in ICICI bank.Bank has provided interest certificate but TDS not deducted and TAN not provided.how to report in ITR I am a sr citizen.

You have to declare the interest under Schedule OS, at the same time you can claim deduction u/s. 80TTB, in schedule 'Chapter VI'
Being senior citizen bank do not deduct TDS for interest paid/accrued upto Rs. 50,000/-
