hey thanxx vikas n vipul.... i'd referred rtp, but a frnd of mine says, that the examination committee had amended its proposal and thus the new rates were applicable.... thereby, was simply confirming any further change.....

vikas.... rtp clearly states that the new rates are not applicable for nov '11....
