in a 500 crore company if we account quotation bills accounted in books what are the problems will raise.or problem not at all.

Simple, Quotation are in other words not actual sale/ purchase means nothing in kind/service/good has moved from one entity to other so, it cannot be accounted for.... and in tally u can make a P. O. but it doesnt affect any accounting entries... so, in short No rule as such for accounting of quotation....
