About cs enrollment

I have taken admission in CS Executive course yesterday @ EIRC (ICSI). My target year is June 2013. I have a few questions on this matter. These are :-

1.Does the institute provide any kind of enrollment number or registration number ?

2.There is a book post in the study material with the heading "Instructions for submission of response sheets to test papers". What is this? (there are 19 points in this list and I haven't read them yet)

3. Is tuition in the institute compulsory or is it according to the students choice ?

First of all my hearty wishes to your successful completion of CS. Relating to queries you have asked for,

1) Yes, the institute provides with a fresh enrollment number which is different from the enrollment number of Foundation program ( in case you have come via foundation)

2) The CS institute provides with a response sheet which should be taken as a self evaluation test- The question given at the end of each chapter can be taken as the questions for evaluation and you need to write answers in the provided response sheets and send this to the institute before the due date which will be updated in the Institute website

3)Regarding tuition it is not compulsory - it is as per student's wish only.,
