to collect the demand letter u . hav to go to your jurisdictional income tax officer. it should be provided by them . but now income tax website contain a option where u can apply for the demand letter of previous year . i can availed this facilitiy log into your account.. where u will see a a option helpdesk .there u can post the request for previous year demand letter. hopefully dis will resolove sone peoblem. any further information u acquired pls share with us
