A piece if land in the name of two

we purchased a land in the of myself and sister in law then constructed a house on it. also paying house tax and water tax in individual capacity for our portion. getting individual receipt. no division is done of the land as per the registered document.is it possible that any one of us can sell his or her portion without division of land.

Yes, if purchaser agrees to purchase the  house property with un-divided shares of land.
