Sec 80DDB read with rule 11DD allow specific medical expenditure namely neuro problem, urinary, immune, oncology related. Among them this is not covered as leg fraction fall in the purview of orthopedic (branch of medicine).
Accordingly leg fracture expenditure are disallowed
