i had doubt regarding HUF if a person(also a karta of HUF) sold a property and invested the proceeds in the construction of new house of huf, is it eligible for exemption?

I could not get ur point..........
But Sec 54 is available to HUF also.....Transfer of a Res. house and pur or construction of a new res. house......
