All the individuals having tax audit report are required to file ITR3., along with audit report, on or before 30.09.2017. (AY2017-18)

You have to get accounts audited from CA first, s/he will file the report in form 3CB for individual. Refer: 44ab-tax-audit-report-3ca-3cb-and-3cd/
