I have filed return and I was supposed to get refund of Rs 5000 but I got only 2000 while 5000 is reflecting in 26As.pls help

amount of refund is online 2000 Rs

please check once refund status and more than 5years 26 AS statement
if there is any previous demand raised by Income tax then remaining 3000 may be adjusted with them..
