My 26AS statement (pulled through my internet banking) is showing the dividend received during the FY 2010-11 as168,194 and TDS (made u/s 192) as 51,972. I do not understand what it is. I thought, the dividend received from the company is not taxable. There should not be any TDS. Can someone help ?

Thanks
