Ours is a pvt. ltd. company. BOD appointed 2 additional directors in March, 2007. They have not regularised in AGM of 2007 nor in forthcoming AGMS like 2008, 2009, 2010....
Can anybody tell me the procedure now....somebody advised me to go to CLB... please give me detailed procedure for the same.

No need to go to CLB.
Being a Pvt. Company you may regularise AD from back date in 2007. File form 32 with late fee. Well the same is also dependent on the status of Annual Return filed with ROC for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
