15months training of CS in a Company

U have to apply to the Company as management trainee (15 mths). When a company advertises its requirement they provide email id and phone no.'s .. U can use this information to apply and follow up with them to fix an interview (for that u ll have to step out and go to the Company ofcourse)

 I would sugget to check in CS web site under training option, you will find list of firms and companies (contact list) who offer manamgent training.. One of the better way to find it and time saving. Don't wait for them to calll.....
