Dear all,
I am filling form 10 A online for 12 A Registration for a society but can't submit the form due to in the row of mobile number and email id it is freezed and blank. When I am submitting the form it shows "Since principal contact number is not registered in e-filling , mobile number is not available. kindly register principal contact in e-filling". I already add pricipal contact name and mobile number and mail when registering the pan in portal.

Now I am unable to submit the form.
Please help...

Problem persist on website .

I am also trying to submit application but same error occurred.

It is solved....principal contact has to register for e-filling in Income Tax website and his pan and aadhar should be linked...then in form 10A mobile number and email id of principal contact will be autofilled...

It is solved. Pricipal contact has to register for e-filling in Income Tax website and his pan should be linked with aadhaar. Then in Form 10 A with his number and mail id will be auto filled..

It is solved. Principal contact has to register for e-filling in portal and his pan and aadhaar should be linked then his mobile number and mail will be auto transfer in form 10 A.
