Dear Sir Is it possible to appoint auditor at first AGM if First auditor is not appointed with in limit of 60 days from incorporation date? Is the auditor appointed at AGM in above case is eligible for file annual returns of 1st Financial years?

You have to place audited financial statements for first financial year for approval of members at the AGM. Without appointment of auditors, who has audited the financials?
