my qurey is that if i take loan from bank for pur. of property & my bank do payment to the seller directly in installment on my behalf so my query is that how should i deducted tds u/s 194 IA of the seller . what i do in that case . what is the real treatment of this .
if i enter in to agreement with seller on or before 1.6.2013 should it applicable on me. please tell me about the appilcability of that

only after 1.6.2013 sec 194-IA is applicable for such transaction and u need to ask bank to deduct as bank is paying on ur behalf or else u ask bank to transfer loan installments to your savings account and then u can deduct it and issue form 16B and fill up challn 26QB
