26 March 2012 Hi Experts

Good Morning

1. I worked for 10 months (Apr-Jan12) for an ABC co. Here I did NOT claimed my medical benefits
2. During Feb2012, I joined Second company XYZ, and I submitted medical bills worth of Rs 15000; but whereas new employer XYZ, is ready to give only Rs2500 (15000/12 *2) and XYZ has denied Rs 12500
3. My claim: Since I have given my final settlement of previous employer to XYZ, for the proof of not claiming any medical benefits during Apr-Jan12, I am eligible from the new employer for the amount of Rs12500 (12B is not prepared by the ABC co)
4. Please let me know your valuable inputs about
(i) How I can convince XYZ? or
(ii) Shall I submit bills to old company ABC (I am not sure whether ABC will accept?)
Advance Thanks
Regards
Balaji

26 March 2012 You should submit your bills amounting to Rs. 10000/- to ABC Limited to claim medical reimbursement benefit, But make sure that bills are Upto Jan.12. For the M/O Feb & march you can put those bills to XYZ Limited for medical benefit
