HiI read your reply to a query regarding capital gain. I also had a similar query.Plz guide. U have written there that if buyer has bought a land for Rs.30 lacs but the stamp duty valuation is rs.45 lacs then the buyer has to show the 15 lacs (45-30lacs) under income from other sources and pay tax on it. Can u plz guide where such specific provision is mentioned.Is this Rs.15 lacs will be considered as income from other source.
