Sir I got ur reply to my query. The pan nos. Belong to different firms under the same management?? Tds has been deposited for pan of inoperative firm and the clients are just not ready to correct their tds returns. My question is if we give clarification regarding the same about such human error, will that fix the problem for us?? Because the firm for which wrong tds has been deposited has never been operative. There's no bank account opened as well. So after furnishing every single evidence about it's inoperative existence, can we fix the issue...??

respected sir, my mother is family pensioner. her monthly family pension is 17500 rs and annual approx is 210000 rs. according to income tax law 1/3 of family pension or 15000 rs which is less will be deducted from income tax.. plz tell that 1/3 percent of family pension or 15000 rs is for annual period or for 1 month.. plz calculate the brief income tax return of family pension of my mother. that is why i understand it.. with respect.

dear mr ramesh WE A PRTNERSHIP FIRM WOULD LIKE TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM A COMPANY AS A DISTRIBUTOR(ANOTHER STATE, delhi) AND APPOINT DEALER FOR SUPPLAYING THE SAME IN A DIFFERENT STATE. NOW MY QUESTION IS WHEN I BUY THE PRODUCT WE WILL BE PAYING A TAX AT THE RATE OF 2 % AGAINST 'C' FORM, ELSE VAT APPLICABLE AT SELLERS STATE. BUT WHEN I SUPPLY THIS TO THE DEALER AM I SUPPOSE TO CHARGE THEM THE SAME TAX? AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE DEALER CHARGE THE RETAILER ? WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD RESPOND THANKS KIRAN
