Sunil areas of expertise includes laws relating to GST, Customs law, Foreign Trade Policy, and other erstwhile Indirect Tax laws (Service Tax, VAT, etc.)
His area of experience includes Indirect Tax Transaction Advisory, Reviews and Heath checks, Advocacy Support, Contract reviews, etc.
He has advised clients across various sectors such as Automobile, Consumer durable, Capital Goods, Media and Entertainment, Telecom, E Commerce Operators, Information Technology, Publications, etc.
Sunil has authored various articles on issues under GST, Service Tax, VAT/CST etc. He actively contributes and speaks his views on various ongoing Indirect Tax Issues and updates
Prior to Taxmann, Sunil has worked with KPMG and Nitya Tax Associates in their indirect tax practice
Sunil is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce
