Experience

• Worked with  Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (A.Turnover-US$ 25 Billion) (since April 07) in Varios Departments of the company.
• Direct Sales RO-Key Responsibilities:- Taking care of Disbursement of incentives to CODS, Distrubutors. Inspection of Books of customers, Mnaging collections and finalising credit and managing them.
• Project Finance -Key Responsibilities: - Fixed Assets Capitalisation, Financial Concurrence, Issuing of C-Forms, Tendering, Handling Disbursement to Venders including foreign payments. Initiated and completed the whole process of making payments from Manual to Electronic Payment system in the department. A good Knowledge of GL accounting and Balance sheet Finalisation with experience co-ordinating Statutory Audit.
• Taxation & Treasury Department of the Company where Provision for taxation was finalised independently and also taken care of three hundred locations of the company in treasury department w.r.t to banking requirement of location- main work involves making banking arrangements, initiating signing of MOU with different banks, acts as an liaison officer between the company and the bank.)
